Please be aware that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges for items that are damaged during transit.
Products Sold by the Pound
Some of our products sold by the pound are classified as seconds, which means they may have slight imperfections or damage. We strive to remove any damaged items before packaging, but since many products are still in their original packaging, it can be challenging to identify all issues. To compensate for this, we often include extra products in your order.
Damaged Merchandise
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us immediately. Only damaged or incorrect items qualify for a return label. To initiate an exchange, email us at sales@poundtopia.com with a photo of the damaged merchandise.
